No, our website does not offer online sales. It provides our product catalogue, current prices, weekly deal brochures and campaign information; you can do your shopping at our store in Ataşehir. GÜL Card businesses can also order by phone for delivery.

Prices on the website are for information and are updated during the day. There may be small differences depending on stock; the price that applies at the till is the one on the shelf label.

You can reach our customer service line on 0850 000 00 00 whenever the store is open; our information desk at the store entrance is always ready to help. You can also use the contact form on our website or write to iletisim@gulgross.com.tr; we reply within two business days at the latest.

Our store is open Monday to Saturday 08:00–22:00 and Sunday 09:00–21:00. The wholesale section and GÜL Card tills keep the same hours. We announce holiday hours on the Our Store page.

Our store is in Ataşehir, 3 minutes from the motorway junction and a 5-minute walk from the metro station. We have free covered parking for 600 cars and a separate loading bay for commercial vehicles. See the Our Store page for the map and directions.

Unopened products in resaleable condition can be returned to the information desk at our store entrance within 14 days with your receipt. For food items that are defective or spoiled, we exchange or refund even if the packaging has been opened.

We accept cash, all debit and credit cards, contactless payments and meal cards. In our wholesale section, GÜL Card businesses can also pay by bank transfer or on agreed credit terms.

Our weekly deals brochure is published every other Thursday and becomes valid in our store from Friday morning. The validity dates of each brochure are clearly stated on its page.

Weekly deal products are available while stocks last and some may sell out quickly. We do not issue rain checks, but our staff can tell you whether a new delivery is expected during the same campaign period.

Retail campaigns apply to all customers. Case and wholesale deals apply only at the wholesale tills with a GÜL Card, and some campaigns may have a per-customer limit. This is stated in each campaign’s terms.

Unless the terms say otherwise, you can combine different products included in the same offer. The lowest-priced item is free, and the discount is applied automatically at the till.

The GÜL Card is a free programme that lets businesses buy at wholesale prices with a corporate invoice in our store’s wholesale section. Any tax-registered business such as restaurants, hotels, cafés, grocers, offices and institutions can apply.

You need a current tax certificate, signature circular and a copy of the authorised person’s ID. After you fill in the form on the Wholesale page, an account manager contacts you and your card is usually activated within two business days.

Wholesale prices apply when you buy the minimum quantity or case set for each product. Each product page shows the wholesale unit price, minimum quantity and units per case; the more you buy, the lower the unit price.

For wholesale orders above a set amount, we offer scheduled delivery to businesses within 25 km of our store using our own vans. Contact your account manager or call 0850 000 00 00 for delivery terms and schedules.

Simply fill in the form on the Become a Supplier page with your company details and product groups. Your application is reviewed by the relevant category team, who will contact you for a product presentation if there is a fit.

Food suppliers are asked for a business registration/approval certificate, ISO 22000 or an equivalent food safety certification, and product analysis reports. All suppliers are subject to regular quality audits.

Yes, most of our fresh produce comes from local producers within 150 km of our store. Our Local Producer Programme offers small producers flexible delivery plans and quality development support.

Applications are usually assessed within 15 business days. Applicants that do not fit our current category plans are also informed by e-mail and kept on file for future opportunities.

Choose a vacancy on the Careers page, fill in the application form and upload your CV as a PDF. If you cannot find a suitable vacancy, you can also submit a general application.

Applications are pre-screened by our human resources team. Suitable candidates first have a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview and, for some roles, a practical assessment.

Yes. Most of our cashier, shop floor and warehouse roles require no prior experience, and every new starter is trained through our master-apprentice programme. Our store manager and many department leads started their careers at the till.

We offer term-time and summer internships for university students in our marketing, purchasing and accounting teams. Internship vacancies are published on the Careers page; just state your university and department when applying.
