Terms governing the use of the gulgross.com.tr website: content, price information, intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.

The gulgross.com.tr website (the “Site”) is operated by Gül Gross Market Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“GÜL”). Anyone who visits or uses the Site (a “User”) is deemed to have accepted the following terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about the GÜL GROSS MARKET store, the product catalogue, campaigns, weekly deals brochures, recipes, corporate information, job vacancies and partnership applications. No online sales are made through the Site; products can only be purchased in the GÜL GROSS MARKET store.

2. Price and product information

  • Prices shown on the Site are for information only. In-store prices may vary with stock availability and the campaign period. The valid price is the one shown on the shelf label and at the till at the time of purchase.
  • Wholesale prices apply only to businesses holding a GÜL Card and to the stated minimum purchase quantities.
  • Campaign and weekly deal products are valid between the stated dates and while stocks last.
  • Product images are illustrative; packaging designs may be changed by the manufacturer. For ingredients, allergens and nutrition information, always refer to the label on the product packaging.

3. User obligations

The User agrees to use the Site lawfully and in line with public morals; to provide accurate information that belongs to them in forms; not to attempt automated queries, scraping, overloading or vulnerability scanning that could disrupt the Site; and not to share other people’s personal data without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the content on the Site, including the GÜL logo, the rose emblem, the “GÜL”, “Gül Bahçe”, “Gül Ev” and “Gülbebe” trademarks, designs, texts, photographs, brochures and software, belong to GÜL or its licensors. This content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without GÜL’s written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. GÜL is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

GÜL takes reasonable care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date; however, to the extent permitted by law, it cannot be held liable for damages arising from price or content discrepancies caused by typographical or system errors. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

7. Personal data

Personal data you share through forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

GÜL may update these terms without prior notice; the current version takes effect when it is published on the Site. Turkish law applies to disputes arising from these terms, and the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The rights of users who are consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
